The Timm's Hill Trail is groomed for both classic and skate skiing. It's groomed at minimum weekly and after each snowfall as necessary to ensure a quality skiing experience.
From the south end, the first 3 miles of the trail start out fairly flat and are great for beginners and families. The next 7 miles get progressively hillier and offer more of a challenge for the intermediate to advanced skiers.
The Timm's Hill Trail connects the Forest Springs Trails and Rib Lake Ski & Snowshoe Trails to the High Point Ski Trails, creating over 70km of connected trails, offering some of the finest cross-country skiing in the mid-west.
Snowshoeing, skijoring, and well behaved pets are welcome on the Timm's Hill Trail,
the Rib Lake Ski & Snowshoe Trails, and the High Point Ski Trails.

We got a lot of rain Tuesday & 8" of snow Wednesday.

There is warm weather forecast for this weekend, so after fixing the tracksetter I groomed the THT again to clean everything up before is melts & refreezes.

I skied Sunday & the snow was still soft, so I groomed again today. It should set-up and ski really good this week.
But I had an issue with my tracksetter.
There are "Messy" tracks from the southern terminus to Mile 4. No tracks from Mile 4 to Mile 5. Good tracks from Mile 5 to Timm's Hill Park.

We received 2" of snow Sunday & 3" Monday. I started grooming but ran into a big tree across the THT just south of Weix Creek (Mile 2.75).
The THT is groomed from Weix Creek (Mile 2.75) north to Timm's Hill. Tracks are set from Mile 5 north to Timm's Hill.
I'm planning to clean up the trees and finish grooming this week.
